


if it doesn't you might be in the market for a new router. if neither of those are a problem you can try to reset the router to default with the reset button in an attempt to see if that fixes it. Also make sure the router's ports are enabled if that is an option for it. If you determine that the router is the problem, then ensure that there are no NAT's on your router that would block wired traffic. i doubt it's this though since the wireless works. if you can successfully ping out, then you should check to make sure there are no proxy settings turned on for the computer. If the computer is saying you have internet but for instance just chrome isn't working. If it's just isolated to the computer, then make sure your computer is trying to obtain its ip and DNS automatically through the network connection properties. if no other device can use a wired connection then it's the router. If another device can successfully use a port on the router, then it's most likely the computer. Sounds like either the 1 port on the computer is bad, or all the ports on the router are bad.
